I followed Silas, the Service Manager at this location, from a different store. I trust that he will always give me honest feedback and recommendations and not try to sell me something that I don't need. This visit was no different. I heard a squeaking sound in my rear wheels and he had Hayden work it. Hayden physically showed me the state of my brake pads and rotors, letting me know that I didn't need anything serviced, right now, but to come back in a few months, to have it re-inspected. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, experience and customer service!

The work to buy and replace my flat tire and buy a new one and all necessary tasks were done fast and professionally. Silas Braddy at the front desk was awesome

Steve has helped me in the past although it’s been a couple of years he remembered me. It’s quite a treat to come in to a business to have service done and you’re remembered as a good customer . This time I’d like to let everyone who visits tire plus where Steve works to know how nice it is to have exceptional service from the counter of someone who not only remembers you but goes out of their way to ensure you’re taken care of. Thank you Steve and Tire Plus for your excellent Service. Weston Waugh

I highly recommend this shop in St Petersburg! I called to get tires after researching for hours and comparing price, quality, warranty and service. They squeezed me in for same day service even though they were closing in a few hours! The service advisor was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! Upon discussing what I was going to buy, he advised of a better deal with a much better warranty for only a little more cost which was perfect for me. He also advised that it had better traction for wet roads which was important to me! I am thankful for them making this a great choice and experience for me! I will buy and refer others here on future purchases!

The staff took care of my automobile with prompt and professional service. I "needed" 4 tyres, front struts and suspension bits. The staff went out of the way to get hold of the propper parts to transform my old foreign jalopy back to its former zippy glory.
